Mr. Taylor, President & CEO of SLAM Exploration Ltd. has served on the board since founding the Company in 1996. He directed SLAM through the IPO to its current listed status on the TSX-V Exchange and has since built a valuable portfolio of gold and base metal properties for SLAM. Management of these properties has included dialogue and consultation with First Nations in New Brunswick and Ontario. Mr. Taylor was involved in the exploration of gold and base metals for various mining companies in Eastern Canada. He was responsible for the discovery of the Farley Lake gold mine in northern Manitoba as well as a number of gold occurrences at Keezhik Lake, Miminiska Lake, and Opikeigen Lake in Ontario. He is responsible for the Maisie gold discovery on SLAM’s flagship Menneval gold project.

Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Brunswick and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of New Brunswick, the Association of Professional Geologists of Ontario, and is a former director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
